Comox Valley architect Tom Dishlevoy makes his own #3x2x8 video as part of the "conversation about sustainability in the Comox Valley." Here Tom talks specifically about an alternative project approval process that he thinks will help move our community towards its sustainability goals.

~ ahh the beauty of transformation ~ it will be interesting to see how this takes shape ~ as this integrated design process has been applied in urban areas for quite some time and has been proposed here with local governments previously ~ but they have had their own sense of it ~
ReplyDeletewill also continue to watch how to balance public's input vs developer's proforma - usually quite a gap and takes a really talented team of individuals to find the balance ~ ive been working on this and still feel very green ~
